Run every job from one place.

Construction management built for the islands. Tasks, RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, deliveries, drawings, and the daily log live in one system. It works in the office and on site, with or without a signal.

The laptop, the phone, and the tablet each run a working demo with example data. Click or tap anything. Nothing is sent anywhere. The buttons replay and reset the laptop tour.

  • 15+ connected modules. One database. One login.
  • Six roles. Each sees what its job needs.
  • Every screen in English and Spanish.
  • Works offline on site. Entries send when the signal returns.
  • Sold under your company name.

Most jobs run on tools that were never made for construction.

Small and midsize general contractors on the islands run several jobs at once with a lean office team. This is what that looks like today.

WhatsApp groups
They hold the real decisions. Nobody can find them a month later, and the client sits in the same group as the subcontractors.
Spreadsheets
They track material orders. They do not know if the delivery arrived or if the invoice matches the order.
Email
It carries RFIs and submittals, with no record of who has the ball or how late the answer is.
Paper
It carries the daily log, the meeting minutes, and the drawing transmittal. Then it gets rained on.
Big international platforms
They are priced, designed, and supported for mainland markets, in English only, and they expect a fast connection.

With the platform, every record lives in one place and knows its project. The office sees every project at once. The site sees what is theirs. The client sees only what they should.

One system for the whole job.

Delay reportedDelay. Cause: material. Rebar delivery slipped one day.

Signed by Priya Ramlal. Locked. Later corrections become amendments.
Tasks
Status runs from Open to In Progress, Blocked, and Completed. A task remembers the meeting, RFI, or material request it came from.
Daily log
Weather, manpower by company and trade, delays with a cause, equipment, and visitors. Copy from yesterday so nobody retypes the crew list.
Sign off and lock
Once the project manager signs the day, it is fixed. Later corrections are recorded as amendments in the open.
Photos
Progress, issues, deliveries, safety, and quality. Each photo links to the task, RFI, delivery, or daily log it is evidence for.
Calendar
Meetings, task due dates, RFI and submittal deadlines, and expected deliveries in one calendar. Meetings sync with Google Calendar.

From material request to paid, in one thread.

One material request is followed from the site’s need to the supplier’s paid invoice. The site, the office, and accounting see every step.

  1. Material request

    Supervisor

The supervisor asks for materials. Several lines per request, each with quantity and unit, plus a required by date, priority, notes, and attachments.

  2. Review and approval

    Project manager

The project manager approves or rejects the request.

  3. Supplier quotes

    Accounting

Accounting records quotes from one or more suppliers, line by line, side by side.

  4. Purchase order

    Accounting

Issuing a purchase order from the chosen quote is one action. Supplier, amount, and currency come from the quote. Title and date come from the request.

  5. Payment status

    Accounting

Payment status is tracked on the purchase order. The platform does not try to be your accounting software.

  6. Delivery

    Supervisor

Deliveries are scheduled, then received on site against the order lines. Quantity ordered against quantity received, with photos as evidence.

  7. Invoice

    Accounting

The supplier’s invoice is recorded against the purchase order and checked automatically.

  8. Closed

    Accounting

The thread closes. Every step stays on the record.

Paying this invoice needs a written override reason.

Three way match

Each invoice is compared line by line with its purchase order and with what was received on site. The platform flags four problems.

FlagMeaning
PriceThe invoiced unit price differs from the purchase order price.
Over orderedInvoices bill a larger quantity than the order line.
Not receivedInvoices bill a larger quantity than was received on site.
Over billedInvoiced charges exceed the order line total.

A mismatched invoice cannot slip through quietly. Paying it needs a written override reason, recorded with who approved it. Duplicate supplier invoice numbers are refused.

Cost codes and committed cost
Lines carry cost codes. Each project shows its budget against committed cost from issued purchase orders, so a project manager sees overspend coming before the invoices arrive.
Local currencies
AWG, USD, and EUR. Amounts follow each reader’s number format.

Built for a phone in one hand and the sun overhead.

On the phone
Tasks, photos, RFIs, material requests, deliveries, meetings, and notifications are designed for a phone. It installs to the home screen like an app, with no app store download.
Offline
Pages you have opened stay readable for up to seven days. Entries made offline wait in an outbox and send in order when the connection returns.
In the sun
A warm, low glare palette on a limestone background. Every text color passes a 4.5 to 1 contrast check. Status is always written as a word next to its color.
In two languages
Every screen, email, notification, and PDF exists in English and Spanish. Each person picks a language. What people type is never machine translated.
Light and dark
A full dark mode for the office at night, chosen per person.

Six roles. Each one sees what its job needs.

Everyone signs in to the same system. The rules are enforced on the server, so hiding a button is never the only protection.

RoleTheir day
AdminFull access. Invites people, sets roles, deactivates people who leave, and watches background jobs.
Project ManagerRuns projects. Meetings, assignments, approvals, and reporting. Reviews the RFIs the site raises and submits them.
SupervisorOn site. Tasks, photos, daily log, material requests, and receiving deliveries. Raises RFIs as drafts for the project manager to review.
ArchitectAnswers RFIs, reviews and decides submittals, and works with drawings.
AccountingSupplier quotes, purchase orders, invoices, payment status, and committed cost against budget.
ClientA restricted view of their own projects. Progress, official RFI answers, and drawings marked for the client. Never the internal discussion and never the prices.

Built to be trusted.

Permissions on the server

Every request is checked for a valid session and then for the person’s role before anything is read or written. A client cannot reach another client’s project by guessing a link.

Your data, your database

Each company runs on its own deployment and its own database. Reports across all projects are a single query.

Honest numbers

A count on screen is a real count. If the platform does not know a number, it says so. It never shows a made up zero.

A record that holds up

Signed daily logs are locked and amended in the open. Submittal and drawing revisions are all kept. Acknowledgments and invoice overrides record who and when.

Tested like it matters

Every feature passes a nine stage process before it ships, including security testing and accessibility audits. The browser test suite runs more than 500 scenarios.

Backed up and monitored

Managed database backups, rate limits on sign in and public links, and background jobs with retries that an admin can see.

Sold under your name.

The platform runs under your company’s own name. Your name sits on the navigation, the sign in page, the phone header, and the app icon. Each company gets its own workspace, its own deployment, and its own database.

Common questions.

Does it work without a signal?

Yes. Pages you have opened stay readable for up to seven days. Entries you make offline wait in an outbox and send in order when the connection returns. The top bar always shows if you are online.

Do we need to download an app?

No. It installs to the home screen from the browser, with no app store download. A native mobile app is on the list and is not built yet.

Which languages and currencies does it support?

English and Spanish on every screen, email, notification, and PDF. Currencies are AWG, USD, and EUR, shown in each reader’s number format.

What can our client see?

Only their own projects. Progress, official RFI answers, and the drawings you mark for the client. They never see the internal discussion or the prices.

Does it replace our accounting software?

No. It tracks purchase orders, deliveries, supplier invoices, and payment status. It does not try to be accounting software. Accounting integrations are on the list and are not built yet.

Where is our data?

Each company runs on its own deployment and its own database, with managed backups. Files are stored in cloud storage and opened through secure links that expire.

Walk through the real product.

The demo is the real product on a demo database. Six roles, each with a real sign in and that role’s permissions. Tell us about your company and we will walk you through it in about ten minutes.

  1. Project manager: the dashboard, search, and a project’s tabs.
  2. Supervisor: the daily log, a progress photo, a material request, and a draft RFI.
  3. Accounting: a quote, a purchase order in one click, and an invoice that fails the three way match.
  4. Architect: an official RFI answer, a submittal decision, and a drawing markup.
  5. Client: only their projects, the official answers, and the shared drawings.
  6. To finish, Spanish and dark mode.
